Conditions for Warranty

Desbu Group's warranty covers problems with how your kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, appliances, and worktop (the "Product"), were made. This warranty starts from the day you got your invoice and lasts for a certain amount of time. Here are the rules:

  1. This warranty is for the original person who bought our product (the "Customer") and can't be given to someone else.
  2. This warranty won't cover these things, and the Customer will have to pay for any replacements or repairs:
  • Regular wear and tear on the product.
  • Scratches, dents, chips, or damage from accidents unless it's because of something wrong with the materials or how it was made, and you tell us within 30 days of getting it.
  • Damage from power problems like surges or outages.
  • Damage from water leaks or spills because of something the Customer did.
  • Damage from things like fires, floods, explosions, or things we can't control.
  • Damage from not taking care of it properly, not following our care guide, or being careless with it.
  • Damage from extreme conditions like too much sun, too much moisture, or very hot or cold temperatures.
  • Problems caused by pets or pests.
  • Natural changes in color or materials as it gets older.
  • If someone who isn't authorized by us tries to fix, change, or take apart the product.
  1. All inquires or warranty claims should be emailed to: sales@desbu.com Please provide the information below:
  • Your project reference number and address, your name and phone number;
  • Description of how the Product is defective. Please also attach photographs of any defects found in your kitchen cabinetry;
  1. We will decide to either fix the product or give you a new one if it's not available anymore.
  2. Any defected parts removed in the course of repair or dismantlement works will become the property of Desbu Group.
  3. We won't pay for any extra, special, or hidden costs.
